Moisture Resistant MDF (MR MDF) is a type of engineered wood panel designed to withstand humid conditions better than standard MDF. It achieves this through the addition of a moisture-repellent resin during the manufacturing process, which helps to reduce swelling and warping caused by moisture exposure. While not waterproof, it's a good option for applications in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas prone to humidity
